The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, has announced the acquisition of a 77,000-square-foot warehouse building located at 47 Readington Road in Branchburg, N.J. from Warren Distributing Company.
With easy access to several area highways including I-78, I-287, Routes 22 and 28, the currently vacant building also offers ample warehouse space and six loading docks, one of which is a 220 foot interior drive through, and four docks which are fully enclosed.
“47 Readington Road is ideal for either a single tenant or can accommodate up to four separate users,” said Norman A. Feinstein, Executive Managing Director of The Hampshire Companies. “Hampshire intends to make several improvements to the property including upgrading the façade, exterior site and all interior areas.”
John H. Adams, SIOR Coldwell Banker Commercial, Feist & Feist Realty Corp. represented Warren Distributing Company in the transaction while Hampshire was represented by Thomas F. Monahan, SIOR of Colliers Houston & Co.
