The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2 billion, has signed two lease deals totaling over 6,700 square feet at its 76,252-square-foot A&P Shopping Center, located at 445 Route 23 in Wantage, N.J. Friendly’s, a restaurant company with more than 500 company and franchised restaurants throughout the Northeast, signed a long-term lease deal for 4,100 square feet of space. The company plans to use the space as one of its restaurant locations. Dollars & Sense, a dollar store dedicated to providing customers with quality merchandise at discounted prices, also signed a long-term lease for 2,600 square feet of space.

The A&P Shopping Center is conveniently located on Route 23 and is one of the busiest shopping centers in Sussex County. The location offers a strong population base and high-visibility as well as ample parking and easy access to and from area highways.
