The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2 billion, has announced that it will hold a grand opening celebration at its Hampshire Self-Storage facility, located at 300 Morris Avenue in Denville, N.J. on July 24, 2010, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mayor Ted Hussa will be in attendance along with many local officials, business leaders and executives from Hampshire. The grand opening celebration is open to the public with light refreshments being served and prize opportunities for those in attendance.
Hampshire Self Storage is working in collaboration with the Denville Chamber of Commerce to host the grand opening celebration for the 106,000-square-foot facility, which opened for business on June 1, 2010. New Jersey's classic rock radio station, WDHA FM, will be broadcasting live from the celebration from noon to 2 p.m. and will be hosting a variety of contests and giveaways. New customers will also have the opportunity to win prizes in the "Deal or No Deal" contest which will be hosted by Hampshire Self Storage. Thirty units of various sizes will be randomly selected and will contain $200 gift cards as well as a grand prize in one of the units. Any new customer who rents a unit will have the opportunity to win. In addition, during the week of the celebration, Hampshire Self Storage will donate 100% of the first month's rent to the St. Clare's Acute Pediatric Care Center, a facility in the local hospital which specializes in the needs of young patients.
The world-class self storage facility was specifically developed to blend into Denville's natural and architectural landscape. The landscape, color selection, architectural design and visible signage were carefully chosen to blend the facility into the surrounding community. The three-story building offers state-of-the-art features including 797 climate controlled units, a digital gate security system, security cameras throughout the property and other industry leading attributes.
The Denville self storage facility is the latest addition to the 16 self-storage facilities that are owned and operated by Hampshire Self Storage.
