The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2 billion, announced that Fabian Couture Group International has renewed and extended its lease for 28,076 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at 205 Chubb Avenue in Lyndhurst, N.J.
Fabian Couture Group International, a manufacturer of high quality men's formalwear, including designs by Joseph Abboud, Giorgio Bissoni, FUBU and Geoffrey Beene, will continue to use the space as a warehouse and distribution center. The 148,338-square-foot building is currently 90% occupied and other tenants include Lectorum Publications, a publisher and distributor of Spanish language books, Pixel Light Digital Media, Inc., a provider of communication services for marketing and education, and Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc., a provider of newspaper home delivery and outsourcing solutions.
The building is located in the heart of the Meadowlands and currently has 14,827 square feet of space remaining available for lease. Its close proximity to Port Newark, Newark International Airport, and major area highways including, The Garden State Parkway, The New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 3, 4 and the Lincoln Tunnel and George Washington Bridge make it an ideally situated distribution hub.
