This mixed-use development is expected to feature approximately 1,630 residential units and 112,175 square feet of retail space – all within walking distance of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail station. The site will feature wide sidewalks and open spaces to encourage walking and foster a sense of community. The Hampshire development is one section of the Canal Crossing Redevelopment site, a 111 acre tract, approved for 6,872 residential units in total as well as additional retail and parks.
