The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2 billion, has announced the disposition of a 32,500-square-foot industrial facility located in the Hauppauge Industrial Park at 75 Oser Avenue in Hauppauge, N.Y. The sale was made to C. R. Trop, LLC.
Situated on 1.816 acres, the facility features approximately 5,400 square feet of office space, 16-foot clear ceilings, 800 amps, gas heat, two docks, and one drive-in. Additionally, the facility is fully air-conditioned and fitted with a complete sprinkler system. Ideally located near major area highways including Routes 454, 347, and 111, the facility is strategically situated within the largest industrial park on Long Island, which houses over 1,300 companies.
"Its premier location within Hauppauge Industrial Park made 75 Oser Avenue an appealing investment for C.R. Trop, LLC.," said John Dalton, an Asset Manager of The Hampshire Companies. "The building's proximity to major area highways, high ceilings, and dual loading docks provided the added convenience the buyer was looking for."
Richie Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented The Hampshire Companies in the transaction.
