The sale was made to Fort Lee, LLC and Lemoine Leasehold, LLC.

Strongly positioned within Bergen County’s retail marketplace, the free standing building is fully leased to A&P. The property’s location in a densely populated area provides excellent visibility in a high traffic, well-traveled area.
