The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2.5 billion, has announced the disposition of a 56,942-square-foot retail building located 2160 Lemoine Avenue in Fort Lee, N.J. The sale was made to Fort Lee, LLC and Lemoine Leasehold, LLC.
Strongly positioned within Bergen County’s retail marketplace, the free standing building is fully leased to A&P. The property’s location in a densely populated area provides excellent visibility in a high traffic, well-traveled area.
“The long-term lease with A&P and the building’s strategic location made this an attractive asset to the buyers,” said Norman Feinstein, Vice Chairman of The Hampshire Companies. “This transaction was an excellent opportunity for both Hampshire and the purchaser.”
