Strategically located just off Route 17 within a high profile corporate area, the facility offers easy access to major area highways including I-287 and the New York Thruway. The two-story building also features 20,000 square feet of office space and has ample parking, heavy power, process cooling, nine tailboards, one grade-level door and 26’ warehouse ceilings, making it ideal for the distinguished and diverse manufacturing needs of Dimensional Communications.
