The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2.5 billion, has announced two lease deals totaling 37,632 square feet at its Class-A, headquarters quality office building, CENTRA located at 186 Wood Avenue South in Woodbridge, N.J. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company has leased 21,911 square feet of space, which includes 7,611 square feet on the garden level and 14,300 square feet on the third floor. JP Morgan Chase Bank has also signed on as a tenant leasing 15,721 square feet in the LEED Platinum certified office building’s second floor. There is only 4,736 square feet of available space remaining at CENTRA on the Garden Level, as the building is now 95% leased.
